Dear customers,

Thank you for your patronage of DealFX.

The maintenance of the entire trading system, which has been underway since 2 March 2020, will unfortunately be significantly delayed due to the current global crisis and market volatility.

Currently, we are working on a major change in the payment system and a renovation of the back-end system. The service is scheduled to resume in August or September 2020. The concrete service resumption date shall be announced on this website.

During the system maintenance, in addition to strengthening the wallet system and liquidity providers, we intend to integrate new services such as additional deposit and withdrawal options and revising active account fees.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this long term maintenance and service renewal and appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for your patronage of DealFX.

From 2nd March 2020, in order to strengthen the current wallet system and liquidity providers, we have temporarily suspended all systems and conducting maintenance works.

From 4th March 2020, due to the maintenance of the client manager, we will transfer all balances to the bitwallet account for customers who have a balance in their trading account.However, for a small number of customers whose remittance destinations are unknown, there remains a small balance still not transfered. If you are not sure, please contact the customer support desk for the withdrawal procedure.

The system maintenance is scheduled for several weeks, and will be announced on our website and e-mail magazine once a specific resumption date is determined.

All open positions at 00:05 2nd March 2020 server time have been closed. We ask any customers who have yet to withdraw their trading account balance and partner commission amount to bitwallet from the client manager.

The replacement of the trading system is planned to take several weeks, and will be announced on our website and e-mail magazine once the specific resumption date has been determined.

In order to strengthen the current wallet system and liquidity providers that provide liquidity, we will temporarily suspend and replace the entire trading system.

By 23 February 2020, server time 23:55, please close all positions you have and withdraw your trading account balance and partner commission amount to bitwallet from the client manager.

After 23:55 server time on 28 February 2020, all open positions will be forcibly closed.

Due to the discovery of serious problems with the current portal system, we will temporarily suspend the acceptance of new customers' account openings and payment via bitwallet to trading accounts from 10 February 2020.

Withdrawals and transfer between existing accounts to and from bitwallet will be available as usual.

We are currently working on the remedy as quickly as possible and we will inform you as soon as it is complete.
